How quickly can you schedule an inspection?
We offer 24-hour response on scheduling requests, and we work to accommodate real estate transaction timelines, renovation schedules, and other time-sensitive projects.
When is an asbestos inspection required?
An asbestos inspection is commonly required before renovation or demolition projects involving older buildings. We perform independent inspections, collect representative samples when appropriate, and submit them to accredited laboratories for analysis.
Do you perform mold remediation?
No. We provide independent mold inspections and environmental consulting only. Because we do not perform remediation, our findings remain objective and free from conflicts of interest.
